Applications of BBa_K1023003
The non-codon optimized versions of the FRET ATP bio-sensor(ATeam), which was kindly given by Imamura lab, have been implemented and proven to work in Aspergillus niger and Escherichia coli at our lab, see figure 1 and 2.

Ateams have been previously developed and implemented to quantify in vivo ATP levels in HeLa and yeast cells [1], [2] .
